What to expect
at a sound bath.
You do not need any special skills. And there is no particular feeling you have to have.

Arrive
Begin by settling into your space, thoughtfully prepared with a comfortable mat, soft cushions and a blanket in the gallery. Keep your eyes open or closed, whichever feels right.
Listen
Crystal singing bowls and other instruments create different sounds. My voice guides you as you arrive. Your experience is personal: pleasant, unfamiliar, restful, or something else entirely.
Stay with yourself
Change position, sit up or take a break whenever you wish. A sound session offers time to listen and rest. It is not medical treatment and does not promise a particular healing outcome.
Afterwards
Take a moment before returning to your day. Have a drink, notice how you feel, or simply get up slowly.
