Entry data
We store your first name, email, entry time and acknowledgement of the terms to administer the draw and contact you about your entry or prize. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The required details are necessary to enter.
Optional newsletters
We record your choice for each newsletter separately, with its time and text version. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. An additional email confirmation is obtained before promotional emails. Newsletter consent is not required for entry.
Technology and recipients
This website and its forms use Wix as a technical provider. Form data is processed in the organisers’ Wix account, accessible to the organisers and necessary technical providers. Names and email addresses are not published. Wix privacy information: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy.
Retention
Giveaway data is retained for administration and necessary documentation, then deleted subject to legal retention or evidentiary requirements. Newsletter data is processed until consent is withdrawn; necessary consent records may be retained longer.
Your rights
Subject to applicable requirements, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and withdraw newsletter consent at any time for the future. You can complain to a data protection authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
