Recharging together.
Ten women, myself included, and one man among us. That was our group on 26 October at ART Galerie Hibler in Vaterstetten. We had set aside time to recharge.
The evening centred on the idea of the Inner Warrior. For me, that includes the strength to take time for rest. To listen to yourself. To allow a moment when nothing needs to be done.

To arrive: a cup of cacao.
We began with cacao from Illumina Cacao. For me, a reminder that when the world becomes loud and stressful, we can listen to our hearts again.
Mats were ready, with cushions, blankets and a white rose. Surrounded by art and crystal singing bowls, we found our places.

A golden cloth. A candle within.
In the light meditation, we imagined a golden silk cloth wrapping around us. Beneath it, a candle within us, making us glow from the inside.
A moment to stay connected with ourselves, even when much is happening around us.
And then we howled at the moon.
Afterwards, we stepped outside into the moonlight. And yes, we howled at the moon. The looks from people walking past? Priceless. Perhaps next time they will join us.
That was part of the evening, too: laughing together, trying something and sharing the moment.

Back in the warmth.
After a short break, we settled into the sounds of the crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes. A shamanic drum brought the evening to a close.
What I wanted you to take from the evening: your Inner Warrior needs rest, too. You can recharge before you are exhausted.

Your Inner Warrior needs rest, too.
Thank you to everyone who shared the evening with me. For your trust, your laughter and the time we took together.
