What are you putting off because you believe there is still so much time?
Some wishes stay with us for years. Some conversations wait for the right moment. Looking at life from its end brings us back to what matters to us now.
In this meditation we symbolically die once and rise again. I invite you to meet this unfamiliar perspective with openness and explore what you want to do with the time ahead of you.

What we experience together.
Arrive
Settle into your prepared place with a mat, sheepskin and blanket. I introduce the practice and guide you through the experience.
Elements meditation
Following my voice, you move through the imagined experience of your own dying and consciously return to life. You decide how far you want to go.
Crystal sound & reflection
I play my crystal singing bowls live. There is time to rest and let your experience settle.
Tea & conversation
We close with Ayurvedic tea and time to share. Speaking with the group is entirely optional.
BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Your place is ready.
Wear comfortable clothing. Mats, sheepskins and blankets are provided. You do not need any meditation experience.
